At an additional fee, one can access the showers and other private rooms. There is also a theater room available inside the lounge. You can make a reservation to this lounge. However, to get a full refund, you have to cancel your reservation 24-hours before your reservation time. One is allowed to access the lounge an hour before or after their reservation time. A booking starts upon entry.
The hotel lounge is only accessible to departing and transit passengers using Terminal 3. If you are a transit passenger, you should not exit Immigration and Customs since you will be denied access to the hotel until 3-hours before your departing flight.
The hotel’s double/single rooms can each accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child below 12 years. A triple room can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults at a go, each. An extra bed costs AED 110. This lounge is only accessible to passengers departing from Terminal 3 using Emirates. If you are using Concourse A or C in Terminal 3, you must allow yourself at least 20-40 minutes to reach your departure gate.
An adult must accompany children. Also, children under 2 years are admitted for free. The lounge has offsite shower facilities available at the Dubai International Hotel upon request. The hotel is at least 10-minutes away from the lounge. The lounge also has complimentary massage chairs.
Drinks like liquor and spirits are available at a fee, although select liquors and drinks are available as complimentary. In the month of Ramadan, alcoholic beverages are only available from 20:00-03:00 upon request.
