Plaza Premium Lounge (Domestic Departures)

Terminal 1 and Terminal 3

Directions

For the lounge in Terminal 1: it is close to Gate D20, on the airside of Terminal 1 for domestic departures. After security check, go to level 3 and look for domestic flights, then turn to your right.

For the lounge in Terminal 3: it is on the airside, between Gate B23 and B24.

Conditions

The lounge is only accessible to domestic departure. An adult must accompany all children accessing the lounge. Additionally, they offer free admission to children under 2-years.

They also have a dress code- semi-casual. Alcoholic drinks are only available from 11:00 am daily. Any international or interstate telephone calls and fax services are charged.

If you have made a reservation, you need to cancel 24-hours prior for you to get a full refund. With a reservation, you can access the lounge an hour before or after you have made a reservation. However, your booking will start once you enter the premise.

Plaza Premium Lounge (International Departures)

Airside of Terminal 1 after security

Directions

After security check, proceed to level 3. The Lounge is close Gate E77.

Location

Terminal 3 airside, international departures

Directions

The lounge is situated inside the security checkpoint for international departures. Go past the Duty-Free shops, above Gate C33.

The lounge is available to Terminal 3 international departures only. There is a maximum stay of 3-hours. Also, admission for children under 2-years is free.
